On a cold and blustery Sunday in February, the former Don Jail Roadway is renamed for Jack. The ceremony also marks the Chinese New Year, in keeping with the character of the East Chinatown neighbourhood. Two dragons work to remove the cover on the new street sign; one falls, but the other pitches in to help and to get the job done. Kind of the way Jack would want it, I think.
